A New Solution for MIM Radiator with High Performance

Radiators made by MIM are much more valuable economically than these made by forging, therefore MIM is widely used for making radiators in the thermal management system of modern microprocessor. However, nowadays, electronic devices require lower cost, smaller dimension, and better heat dissipation.

Recently, some researchers of Universiti Teknologi Petronas have utilized metal injection molding technology to make a new Thermal material successfully.
