The market development prospects of Metal injection Molding in North America is good

Peter K Johnson wrote that the sales growth in 2004 of MIM relative enterprise is about 5%,but it had double-digit growth in last year in Powder Metallurgy international journal(51,(1),2015 winter issue) .Johnson thinks that the main reason for decline in growth rate is demand of gun industry in North America,In the first half of 2014,the sales of MIM company had decline 40%.

Sales to dealers of metal injection molding parts have some add, about 1182-1512 tons.The proportion of MIM parts : gun:28%,general industries:24%,medical/dental:19%,auto:15%,electronic:9%,other:5%.
